In booking with The Robin Hood Inn you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions set out below. Where Credit Card or Debit Card has been registered with us you are agreeing to the above charges being charged to that card at the rates detailed below.
A confirmed booking is when we have advised you that the hotel room is available and you have secured your room reservation by providing us with your credit card details.
Should you fail to cancel by 12 noon, on your arrival day and unless you are advised differently by email when you make your booking, we will charge you 50% nights price for each person per night booked.
If you cancel between 2 & 5 days before your check in date: Unless you are advised differently by email when you make your booking, the standard cancellation charge will be 10% of the total booking price.
If you have not cancelled your booking and do not check in (No Show), or cancel your booking with less than 24 hours notice prior to your arrival, the hotel will impose a ''no show'' equivalent to 100% of your booking cost.
